I had the wonderful pleasure of being introduced to Solbeso, a new liquor made from the Cacao fruits of Peru and Ecuador, but has nothing to do with chocolate. The flavor was unlike any spirit I've ever tasted, it has a citrusy and floral aroma at the first smell, and is super light and tasty (perfect for mixing).
After some research I was able to make this fresh, light and delicious cocktail - warning, it's a bit spicy!
